Our densest coverage is the St. Louis region — St. Louis City and County, St. Charles County, Jefferson County and Franklin County. Services here are usually confirmed quickly, often with only a day or two of notice.
Further out, coverage is still very possible. Services in Columbia, Jefferson City, Springfield and Kansas City are quoted with travel included so the total cost is clear before you commit. For those trips we usually ask for a little more lead time so the operator can arrive well ahead of the service.
Rural Missouri venues raise one practical question above all others: internet. Some country churches and family cemeteries have little or no connectivity. We check this before the day, and when a live broadcast genuinely is not possible we say so honestly and record the service in full instead, so the family still receives the video.
