Terms of Service
Bookings and availability
A request is not confirmed until we reply confirming availability for your date, time and location. Because funeral arrangements move quickly, we recommend contacting us as early as possible.
Pricing
The standard funeral livestream package is $400 for up to 1.5 hours. Additional time is $250 per hour. Add-ons are quoted as listed on our pricing page. Travel outside our normal Missouri and Illinois service area may require an additional fee, quoted before the service.
Venue requirements
Livestreaming requires permission from the venue and suitable internet connectivity. If a venue does not permit recording or lacks a usable connection, we will discuss alternatives, including recording the service for later delivery.
Livestream reliability
We test the connection before the service and monitor the stream throughout. Live broadcast quality depends on the internet available at the venue and on services outside our control. Where possible we also capture a local recording so the service is preserved regardless of connection issues.
