Information we collect
When you submit a request, we receive the details you provide: your name, phone number, email address, funeral home, service location, date and time, and any notes you add. We use this only to confirm availability and coordinate the service.
Service recordings and viewing links
Livestreams are shared through private or unlisted links rather than public broadcasts. Recordings of a service are provided to the family who booked the service. We do not publish, sell or use service footage for marketing without written permission from the family.
Sharing
We share service details only as needed to deliver the service — for example, with the funeral home or venue hosting it. We do not sell personal information.
Retention
Booking information is kept for normal business and accounting purposes. Families may ask us to delete their stored recording at any time.
