What happens if the venue has weak internet?
We test the connection ahead of the service and use backup procedures, including a full local recording, so the service is preserved either way.
Will the family receive a recording afterward?
Yes. A full recording of the service is delivered to the family after the service.
Can you include photos, music, or a tribute slideshow?
Yes. Photo slideshows, memorial title screens and tribute videos can be added to any package.
Can you livestream a graveside service?
Yes, depending on location, internet availability and site conditions. Graveside coverage is a common addition.
How early does your team arrive?
Well before guests. Our operator sets up, tests audio and connection, and is completely still before the first guests arrive.
